Oh man...too many to list...
I love the theme from Schindler's List, Mozart Sonatas & Concertos, Bruch Concerto, Tchaik Concerto, Haydn G Major Concerto, Handel Sonatas...
Also I like Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante for Violin and Viola.

The violin...my favorite instrument. Vivaldi"s "Four Seasons" is really nice.
Also you may want to rent the movie "The four seasons with Alan Alda, Rita Moreno and Carol Burnett. Its kind of old but Vivaldi's Four seasons is the sound track. I bet you will like the movie also.

Wellll, I like the score from x-men 2. It had a beautiful combination of violins, harp, horns, etc...does that count
