i need help. i was on the internet and i searched g-unot on google images and i found this http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i23/nolet86/Nolet_g-unot.jpg (go to link) and i wanted to create something like that...a doll or sumthin. can someone please telll me where i can create somethin glike that..

Something simple like that can be drawn in MS Paint, but most good graphics people use Photoshop.

you can print it and take it to the shop and get it on your shirt or copy on paper or set as background and sketch it
