Only with a whole lot of medical assistance.
Normally the man lacks the equipment to get pregnant, even after a sex reassignment surgery. Men have sperm and women have eggs. Nature very rarely gets it mixed up. Oh course it is possible for a man to have parts of a female reproductive system. Nature does make an occasional accident, but even then the system if not viable; and a man cannot get pregnant.
It is possible to IMPLANT a baby in a man’s belly, and the man may carry it to term. Arnold Schwarzenegger did the movie "Junior" based on this idea. I have heard of experiments in this area, but not of any man that actually has given birth.

Well, actually I just saw a program on t.v. the other night that a man can be artificially inseminated through the abdomen & carry a fetus in the cavity in the abdomen. Then of course it have to be delivered by c-section.
So yes, I saw it on the science channel !
They also said the man could not breast feed. No milk glands in their nipples.
Only problem is not many men are interested in trying it.

There is a show on discovery health channel called men having babies. It is about gay couples having children. I haven't saw it so I honestly dont' know if they have some new kind of experimental thing where they actually have a man carry the baby, or if they do a surrogate mother type thing. You should check it out. I'm sure you'd get alot of answers from that show.

no, a man's body is not designed to carry a child...it lacks specify organs like breasts, a vagina (to insert sperm and where the child comes out, well unless you have a c-section). In addition our stomachs are made to stretch and accommodate a child for the 9 month gestation period, plus men lack the some of the hormones we have...

Yes , a man can have an embryo implanted in his body. It would attach itself in his abdomen. I believe he would also have to have some kind of hormone injections and once the fetus reached maturation it would have to be cut out. Costly and very difficult.

yes, arnold schwarzeneggar got pregnant in the movie, junior.a uterus was implanted and he bought an egg from some crazy lady.
a c-section would require multiple staples and leave nasty scars.if you still plan on wearing a speedo to the beach, don't get pregnant.

I suppose that if you had a uterus implanted and were artificially inseminated, who knows? Of course the only way you would be able to have a baby is by Caesarean section.
(I wonder if Michael Jackson ever researched such an approach).
