jeff hardy smokes pot. jeff hardy was asked to go to rehab and stop doing dope. he declined, and vince fired him shortly thereafter. (look it up)
jeff has been splitting time between ROH and TNA, where everyone knows he's a burnout, but since he was a former name in WWE, draws, so they don't care.
I doubt he'll ever come back to WWE. Vince doesn't mind roids but smokin the chiba = bad juju
