If you have oily skin I would use a cream to powder foundation! 1 step fast & easy.

You should try Bare Escentuals. It is a 2 step powder make-up. Foundation and Mineral Veil. You apply it with a big brush, I strongly suggest practicing. It is not difficult to apply, but will take some getting used to. BE is very light so you wont feel like you are waring make-up. Please note I don't work for them, nor do I sell their product. I buy mine at the Beauty Supply store or on Ebay. Good Luck to You.

the best foundation is a liquid oil free foundation. and to avoid having that line on your jaw, squeeze a little foundation on your finger, apply it to your jawline, and if it dissapears, thats your color!! to apply foundation without making yourself look like u have cake icing on your face, wet your applying pad or sponge, then put the foundation on the sponge and put a thin layer all over your face. then folow with a shear powder.

Honestly, at 21 you do not need foundation. A good tinted moisturizer provides a light coverage without looking "made up".
