How much have people been driven by morals rather than nationistic gain especially spys?

We always have people driven by different some time morals and some time nationalistic gain however as you have rightly brought out especially spies it is more often later than former which drive them since they have to employ immoral things to get information they require. However this does not mean that there are no moral spy:)
