Western Washington state. Or Western Oregon state. There are no forests of any effect in Florida, BTW. And while it rains lots there, it has a tendency to be by using fact of hurricanes.

Waimea Canyon, Kauai, Hawaii. One of the wettest spots on Earth. Oh, and don't forget Juneau, Alaska. Rains there about as much as Seattle.
