49x^2-42x+9=0
then use the formula,
x=(-b +/- sqrt (b^2 - 4ac))/2a
x=( 42 +/- sqrt(0) )/98
x=3/7

49x^2+9=42x
0 = 49x^2-42x+9

plug into Quadratic equation

since the discriminant = part under the radical = 0
we have left x=-b/2a = 42/(2*49) = 42/98 = 3/7

solution x=3/7
