I dont think so.
Take Gravity for example, Anything that falls to Earth,does so at 9.81m/s regardless of how heavy it is.So, we can say that an object within the Earths gravitational field would fall at uniform/constant acceleration of 9.81m/s.

There is difference between uniform acceleration and constant acceleration in Physics with reference to the concept of the terms involved.

It is correct to say that the speed of light is constant though it is uniform.

The acceleration due to gravity in a small region is constant though it is uniform.

A force is acting on a body. The body is accelerated. The motion of the body is under uniform acceleration.

We cannot say that the body is under constant acceleration. Because it will mean it is always constant irrespective of the force.

On the other hand if we add certain descriptions along with this statement, we can use the term “constant”

That is, we can say that “As long as the force is constant, the acceleration is constant”

But we can’t say that ‘The acceleration is constant” omitting the phrase, “as long as the force is constant”

In the above sentence, I used, “....the force is constant ....” Strictly this is not correct. I should have used “....... the force is uniform”.

But generally one easily understands the full meaning even if the terms are not correctly used.

In Physics “constant” has different concepts regarding the context in which it is used.

It is because one word cannot give the full meaning of the other.

Each word is unique in giving a meaning. There is only a single word which can aptly describe the situation.

Thus, even though the words ‘uniform’ and ‘constant’ seem to give the same meaning, there is a difference in the context in which they are used.

I believe they mean the same thing - an object is accelerating at the same, consistent rate.
