What ever bad review you read that gave you second thoughts on
keeping your phone just ignore the comment and enjoy your new Razr. Sometimes critics that don't like one tiny little detail on a product blow it out of proportion by writing a really rude review on it and they make you feel bad about buying it. Don't listen to how some stranger feels about your phone but listen to how you feel about your phone. And just know that you have a great phone in your hands.

My old phone (Samsung R225 @T-Mobile) was a basic model, but had much better receiption, stronger signal, and less drop calls. Also my new RAZR does not have enough volume, even when its all the way up. The sound quality is very bad. I have asked some of my friends, and they have similar opinions.

I got a Motorola V551 because they had a reputation for making the best products. it was one of the worst products I've ever purchased. It lasted half the length of the service contract, exactly two weeks after the warranty expired, and they would
do nothing about it. They now have their equipment made in China where the word junk was invented and reports I've heard say the Chinese are using our money to build up their long range bombers and submarine fleet. Buying anything made in China is insane. Thanks for letting me vent about this horrible company.

Probably the competition spreading bad news. RAZR is a very popular phone and it's probably affecting sales for the competition. Consider yourself one of the lucky ones. It's very pretty. Enjoy it, hon.

I have one, and hate it. Worse phone ever. Can't hear out of it, screen turns black if it's warm (pocket, sun etc...), and if you drop it... it's a goner.
