DSL sometimes disconnects while using Lime Wire?

Why is it that sometimes my DSL Modem restarts whenever i am downloading from Limewire. When i am online, i don't have any problem, but once and a while i get disconnected from the internet while i am downloading with Limewire.

Sound like you might have a sync issue. I would check you to see if your ADSL Modem has a web interface. If it does I would check the diagnostics screen or similar to verify signal strength. If your margins is 7dB or lower, I would call for service complaining of frequent disconnections.
