I am looking to buy my boyfriend an electric razor for his birthday. What is the best one and about how much is it?

Norelco. But before you get an electric shaver as a gift, you should try to find out if your boyfriend wants to use one. Many guys feel that they can't get a good shave with an electric (I disagree with that), but it does take time to get used to and learn how to use properly. I would guess you could get one for about $60 - $80; I haven't bought one in a long time. They seem to last forever.
