"In the 55 seasons the NCAA has maintained official national attendance records through 2005, the largest crowd to watch a regular-season college football game was composed of the 112,118 fans who watched Michigan defeat visiting Ohio State, 35-21, on November 24, 2003. In fact, of the 37 most highly-attended games, all but one took place at the University of Michigan. (The exception, in 28th place, is Nebraska at Penn State, attended by 110,815.)

Unofficially, the NCAA estimates that crowds of 120,000 people watched games involving Notre Dame and USC in 1927 and Notre Dame and Navy in 1928 at Soldiers Field in Chicago. And a confirmed 112,912 fans watched Notre Dame defeat USC at Soldier Field in 1929, which beats Michigan's record of the current era."

Yeah. Last night Boise State play San Jose State and the Friday before Boise State played Hawaii and Boise won both of them. So there is always a Friday night game. But if you're talking about NFL then the last time Christmas was on Friday.

Either Michigan or Tennessee.

They both can seat over 100,000.

But which game? Not sure, it could be Michigan vs Ohio State/Notre Dame.

I think the Rose Bowl seats 90,000, but can retrofit itself to seat 100,000.
