If you mean wiped clean, the answer is "possibly". However, whether this is possible or not depends on what is on you record, and the state in which you reside. It is also not cheap.

In my state, some offenses (DUI for example) cannot be removed from the record. Other offenses *can* be removed from the record, but the process is neither simple or cheap. Essentially, you need to hire an attorney who will go to each court that has convicted you of a charge, and then will convince that court to allow you to withdraw your plea of guilty (which you pled when you paid the ticket, etc) and then will attempt to negotiate a non-moving violation. It is up to each individual prosecutor/jurisdiction whether or not they will allow this. If there are violations from other states on there, you will need to hire an attorney in those states to attempt to do the same thing. As you can see, the attorney's fees, plus the costs of doing so, will be very expensive.

You need to consult an attorney in your state who can advise you on the possibility and feasability of doing so. If you don't have an attorney and need one, contact your local or state bar association for a referral.
