Totally! I was so irked when they didn't, but I liked him with Corday. I also really liked Susan & Chuck, he was cool. Sucks that they killed Mark off, I really liked his character but I guess it's better than writing him away to come back several times later. Now I'm ticked that Susan is gone, but I think the actress recognized that the series was dragging and is probably coming to a close. I also wanted to see Carol with Luca and not go back with Doug, but that's TV for you. ER does a fairly good job of imitating life in that it isn't always perfect. But why did they have to kill Gallant so abruptly? That really sucked.

Wow, that's going back quite a few seasons - or were you watching a recent repeat? Seems to me they did try to get together but realized the chemistry wasn't there, which was strange as we, as the viewers enjoyed their sense of adventure and fun. (ER just isn't what it used to be...still miss Dr. Green, Susan, Carol, Doug - all the original staff - now Dr. Carter is gone other than a few episodes this coming season...)

i think they did try a few times. i think the guy she ended up with was kind of a weird combination. i think dr green and elizabeth were good together. the show has changed a lot and isn't as good as it was but it is still better than most of the crap on tv.

you know what, everyone on that show seemed to get together, but as far as those 2 not really, they didnt seem compatible
