Evaluate the changes. What have you been doing different that caused your increase in weight? If possible eliminate those things.
Along with that, do cardio. Find something you enjoy. That could be swimming, cycling, jogging, or aerobics. It will help you burn the fat.
Eat regular meals and cut down on snacking. If cutting down on snacking is difficult, find healthy snack foods like nuts, fruit, or very low fat snacks. But remember, you can gain weight from low/no-fat foods if you eat too much of it.

cut down on lunch by eating 2 yogurts and a diet soda=- yogurts must be non-fat. go to the gym 3-4 times perweek- treaddmill fast walking pace for 45 minutes and weights 20 minutes each session. that in itself will be a good start.

slimming world is a really good one because everyone I know (myself included) has lost all their weight. You don`t feel hungry as there is so much to eat!! and you can still have the things you like ie chocolate etc. .
They say its better to do 15 minutes of exercise a day rather than 3 hours a week. good luck to you
