YES, IT HURTS!!!!! I've had eyeliner, eyebrows and lip liner done. They do use an "anbesol" like gel to try to numb it, but after they keep repeating and repeating, it starts to hurt. I've had tears every time. I'm almost 50 yrs. old and I don't regret having it done. I wouldn't advise it to someone under 30 though. As the other responses have said, "you've still got a lot of livin' to do". It is permanent and it's costly also.

Bad, bad, bad idea. The trends in makeup change so often that a PERMANENT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE eyeliner is silly. How long does it really take to put on every day?

I don't have tattoo makeup, but I have tattoos, and yeah, those hurt . . . but it's a different process too. keep in mind, it's done with a needle going into your skin and depositing ink . . .

Ah, don't do it.
Make-up trends change.
Plus your face will get older, and your make-up will start to sag and such.
It's just a VERY BAD idea overall.
Take the time to put it on every morning, in the long run its a better idea.

Okay... first off, permanant makeup is something you should really think about first because it's PERMAMANT, meaning when you're are 80 you are going to have this nasty looking eyeliner on your face. And DUH it's GOING TO HURT it's a needle going to your eyelid.
