I am going b4 a board in January to have them removed. I wonder though will they really be considered "expunged" and if they are, would I be lying on my next application if i put no in the space where it reads do you have any misdemeanors? Someone should get 20 pts for answering this one accurately as it is really a two part question. I see people offering to give 10 points all the time but I don't know how to do that. There, thats three questions. The first two are more important though. Thank you.

Yup I messed up but I am not a child molester or a felon! ( I knocked off My X husbands hat in 1998. Sure knocking off a hat is wrong. I got and oui That was very wrong. And lastly a false reporting charge. Wrong because I called the D.A. and told them my boyfriend hadn't been abusive toward me when he had. So I lied so I wouldn't be left high and dry. Yes, I was wrong. But you know what. I have learned. I am going to college this fall because its free. For me. For the rest of my life. ( I am Native American) I don't even have to go into debt imagine that! I am young and beautiful I have two wonderful children. I have grown up. If you didn't know the answer to the question you could have not answered it.
