That's kind of a hard question. He has never really written anything by himself. All of his hits have had a LOT of sampling in them. He has used a lot of others' writing and performances in his songs.
By the way, "Gettin' Jiggy With It" rips off Sister Sledge's "He's the Greatest Dancer". If you take out their vocals and the music, then you have a totally different, boring song, with NOTHING. He doesn't write anything, just like most other rappers.
