The blues brothers are John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd I was hoping to find their hand-signed autographs on a picture of them from their movie the Blues Brothers and a certificate to show it is not a fake, so if anyone knows someone who is selling it or a website that is, please tell me, thanks!

Try Ebay. They have a ton of autographed stuff, although for a deceased celeb like Belushi you're going to pay premium prices. It's really hard to tell authenticity though.
