Here are some REALLY good, and very inexpensive ways to treat most acne at home. Try each method (unless you’re allergic to the ingredients) until you find one that works best for you. Good luck =) BTW, I know some of these may sound bizarre but try them…what have you got to lose other than the acne!!
1. Put toothpaste on your acne before going to bed. (Make sure it is paste not gel). It should reduce the swelling of acne noticeably.
2. Dab egg whites on your acne and leave on for 20 minutes or overnight. It’s supposed to pull the infection out of the blemish.
3. Wash acne infected areas twice a day with warm salt water. This reduces oils in the skin and helps to dry the acne up without further agitation.
4. Use ice on acne before going to bed. This works best on pimples that have not yet formed a head. It reduces swelling and helps to prevent scarring.
5. Wash and dab acne with cotton balls that have been soaked in vinegar. Let dry; do not wash off immediately.
6. Place strawberries leaves over your acne and the alkalinity will help to reduce the swelling.

Please don't use toothpaste, it's the worse thing you could do. You'll end up with mega big purple scars.
Watch what you eat. eat vegetables fruits, no sweets or chocolate and no greasy food. no peanuts or peanut butter
Don't stress about it or you'll make it worse.
Drink lots and lots of water during the day
Exercise so you get all the toxins out of your body
Use non-oily sunscreen. the sun makes acne worse
Don't wash your face more than twice a day, irritation is one of the causes of acne. and when you buy a cleanser with salicylic acid or benzoil go for the lowest percentage. The higher the more irritation it will cause

you can go to your local drug store and buy a cleanser and toner.. Neutrogena is a good one for young skin..You first cleanse and then you tone.. The cleanser cleans your face and gets rid of dirt and oil.. The toner helps shrink pores making it less possible for dirt and oil to get trapped.. I know I sound like a darn commercial, but one of the best ways to kill acne is to get on a regular regimine of cleansing, toning and moisturizing.. we all have beautiful skin, you just gotta maintain it.. Please don't use harsh things on your skin such as rubbing alchol.. That is so bad for your skin it drys it out.. Some products contain and ingredient of Benzoyl Peroxide, or Salacylic Acid... They are both used to treat acne but can dry out the skin.. So its best to use a regular cleanser without those ingredients, but use the toner that contains one of the ingredients.. or you can try a cleanser and toner without them.. i think they would all work for you because you are on a regimine of cleaning and toning.. When you start doing it, make sure you do it first thing in the morning, and before you go to bed at night. You can also do it mid afternoon when your just lounging around and home but slowly taper down. once you see your acne disappearing, you will probably get away wiht just cleansing twice a day and toning once or twice daily..

Use Proactive Solution which is available only online at www.proactivesolution.com. This works just great . You start noticing the difference in about 3 days. Unlike anyother products in the market, this one is so mild and so gentle on the skin. Hollywood actors are the regualr users of this product. If you don't believe me just ask Jessica Simpson, what cured her pimples and acnes? It is this product. You'll be glad you did it.

I heard on a kqed home remedy show one time that you can use the juice of a tomatoe by dabbing it on the acne spot with a q-tip swab after washing your face, but I don't remember if you apply it before bed or if you can use it during the day. Its suppose to have drying affect of the oil in the pore. good luck!

This is the best advise I give to someone with Ance.
Do not ever touch your skin other when you are washing your face. Our dirty hands are the cause for your pimples.
And drink lots of water of course.
The Ance will go away by itself.

First, start eating healthier. You would be surprised how much this will help.
Second, get some sleep. It isn't healthy at all to stay up too late.
Some people just have naturally oily skin. In that case, try Proactiv, it is amazing!
