IT depends, if the person being followed doesn't like the person following them, that person could be called a stalker but if the person knows the person could be called an admirer.

Oh my goodness, how embarrassing. Yes, I've sent e-mails to the wrong person before. I've also even sent a personal message to a person to a group by accident too. Thankfully the group owner understood but it sure was embarrassing.
