I would be interested to know what people think, because I believe that totally free choice is a manipulative myth.

It depends. What level are we taking this down to? What's your definition of "free choice?" I'd have to say, though, probably a very small percentage is really free choice. I disagree that it's entirely a myth but we're not as free to choose as we're often led to believe.

All behavior is linked to free choice. Yet, we must recognize that we often make choices based upon information supplied by others. Free choice is both a myth and a reality.

I agree with you 100%. There is always some rule or moral fibre that stops free choice. But then, some of them should be there. Freedom of Speech is dangerous in the wrong hands, whereas freedom of who you want to be with causes things like Paedophilia. Imagine a world where everything was free choice? Wouldnt be that good.

Generally the adults had for the long of their life a kind of education that don't let then call every bad by names every time they want to.
This is the tragedy men and at the lest , the conqueror hypocrisy.

..... we have 100% choice (responsibility) for our actions.
we blame others for making us do something we dint want to do.
Peer pressure is the main one .....and we lie to get money sometimes blaming the system for not being fair ...
if a law is wrong will you just obey so as not to get into trouble?
