Ah - that would be Sir Mix-A-Lot. Track is "Baby Got Back," and if I remember right, it's on the "Mack Daddy" album.
There is a great video on the web of this song with anime clips over the music - kind of like what someone did with Outkast's "Hey Ya!" and "A Charlie Brown Christmas".
