How old are you? You may be hitting that time in your life when you get acne. Some of us never have problems, others get it early and it goes away, and others, like me, never have a problem until their 20's. I'm in my 30's now, (almost 40) and I've tried everything.

I don't know why I started getting acne, but there it was. Could have been stress. My student teaching experience wasn't the greatest, then my first teaching experience was a nightmare (I was the sixth teacher this bunch had in just two months), then I was working 2,3,4 jobs at one time trying to make ends meat. Who knows, but I tried everything and nothing worked. I over dried my face. I scrubbed my face. I picked my acne. I did everything wrong. I tried Proactiv, Neutragena, Clearasil, Avon products, anit-bacterial soap, Accutane.....

Then I started to research it extensively. I discovered quite a few things from drinking half your body weight in ounces of water each day (If you are 100 pounds drink 50 ounces of water...that's about 7 to 8 glasses of water a day)to changing your pillow cases every week or every few days if you sweat quite a bit in your sleep.

Then I tried "All Clear" by Beauticontrol. I noticed my little pimples along my jaw line went away over night. (Could be your make-up that is causing the breakout....ARe you trying new make-up, soap, eating something different?) Anyway, I've been using it since February and my face looks soooooo much better. If you just have some pimples, nothing serious, I would just use a good cleanser like they offer, but if you have the large under the skin eruptions that are very sore...I would try the set. #4828.
$59.50 It lasts about four to five months depending on how often you use it. I would use it right before bed and that's it at first. Always wash your face before bed. NEVER go to bed with make-up on. That's a big no-no for people with acne.

Anyway, go to Beauticontrol.com to find a consultant near you. or go to my web page beautipage.com/sacevedo I give 25% rebates for on-line orders. Either way it's worth a try if it's bad.

Try to figure out if something you are doing is aggravating your face first though. COuld be just the new make-up or something you are eating.

Good luck!!!

Make sure you follow a good cleansing regime using - cleanse in the morning and evening (or whenever you get sweaty) and exfoliate at least twice a week to remove dead skin cells that clog pores and cause pimples. Try using some acne washes but make sure you moisturise as they dry your skin out. If the problem persists, go to see a dermatologist.

yes babywipes help when your outside and sweating just take one and wipe around your fave (avoiding eyes of course) and wash your face regulary. If it continues try a skin care product.

Could be the weather, could be your body is changing, could be anything really. See a dermatologist or Esthetician. DONT USE BABY WIPES, they are meant for a babys butt not your FACE!
