Nice. Proteus is powerful, but dumb like the rest of the 14 year olds on this site. Franklin is the son of a genius, and his cosmic latent powers would be far to much for Proteus to control. If he tried, he would just, well die frankly.

I think Proteus would win, since it seems Franklin is too afraid to use his powers to their full extent.
By the time he reaches that point, Proteus would aready have done his way with him.

Franklin Richards because he can create mini-universes and he is said to be much more powerful as he gets older.
