Ok through some reliable sources I have learned the states of california and oregon have both purchased several guillotines. any ideas of why they would do this and upon further reasearch I have learned of a company outside the U.S has seen a dramatic rise in orders and yes this company manufactures guillotines.
Am I the only one thinking this is odd.

My source works for the state of cali and knows 100% the state has em (don't ask hows he's 100%)
from what he is told there "going to be used for reasearch in animal euthinasia. that just don't make sense
