ok the guy lives with his son and the boy's mom there not maRRIED THEY JUST LIVe together cause the boy she has another guy but sHE treats him like if they were married she calls the police on him almost everyday makes him cook, clean, buy food and buy everything else if not police again she wants 2 send him 2 court if she does want can happend what can he do?how much money will he have 2 give the boy he is 3 years old the guy gets 4,000 a month she doesn't care about the boy she cares more about her other bf o yeah she leaves him notes saying that she wants 2 kill him more info e-mail me

He needs to start Documenting everything and keeping those notes. That kind of behavior is badly looked upon. Get a pad of paper and write down everything that happens with dates and times. Highlight anything important.

If the situation is that bad then this man needs to leave. If you are talking about the amount of child support he will have to pay, I believe the courts can take up to one third of his income.
