Sleeping with this client or "leading him on" would put you on a slippery slope. You would end up losing your minuscule amount of self-respect. The client will spread the word that his sales agent is a "user." You could easily get fired for unethical conduct. I'd suggest that you upgrade your ethics before it is too late.

You dont need to have sex with this client to land this account..........why dont you try selling your ideas to this client about the account you are trying to get and see how it goes.
Are you really willing to sell your self respect, integrity and morals for money? I urge you not to do anything you will regret later on........having sex with this client is a bad idea for so many reasons. One of the top reasons is......you dont want to get a bad reputation at work over this......if you sleep with him do you know how you could be drug through the mud or the names you will be called? I dont want to see anyone go through something like that and I know you dont want to go through something such as that.
The best advice I can give is this.........its obvious you are smart to have a career where you are landing accounts and clients, so why not sell this person on your intellengence and knowledge.......trust me it will go alot further than having sex with anyone will.

Your Deal can't sell itself.You feel you have to sleep with this guy to get the contract signed.
Why lower yourself,do you feel that bad about yourself to do that to you?
I would go back to school and brush up on salesmanship,before banging for the contract.
