There have been a number of times when an ant has walked across the screen. I usually just brush it off.

yea, it happens often because i have a window air conditioner unit and i think bugs can find their way in.
if they're lucky enough to make it past my cats to the monitor, then i try to ignore them. if it gets too pesty, i do resort to squashing it with whatever is handiest.

yeah, a gnat...I let it crawl for a bit to give it a false sense of security and enjoy the glow from my computer before I squashed it with a paper

yes, an earwig (!!) and it had dropped from the ceiling onto the monitor. Thank God it wasn't my head.

Yep, and then i squashed it with my hand, but it smeared bug juice all over.
