how can i create a show like the competitions on tv? cuase i got an idea for one (rhode island's got malice).

EASY! Come up with a total idea ON PAPER, then put ad's in the newspapers; Do you live in R.I.? Then, that area, Boston, Connecticut, Maine for the papers; Have each "act" fill out a form that you supply them and have them pay a fee(to cover your expenses); You should check with a lawyer because if these people are going to be "ON CAMERA", you're going to have to get them to sign release forms, also check out insurance; God forbid someone gets hurt! Go to some local High Schools(don't use anyone under 18 to work for you) and Colleges and post on their boards what you need: Camera people, lighting/electrical guys, Roadies(to move/arrange heavy equipment); Have them sign forms as well, and maybe offer a monetary percentage IF you make any money from it...have it written so you receive, say, 50% of the profits after taxes and the rest is divided amongst the rest to cover their expenses for gas, film, etc.; YOU travel to the initial spots with your entourage and set up auditions at local hotels, bars, etc.;
