More than likely. Prenatal vitamins are just insurance. If you eat healthy the vitamins would just be flushed out of your body. Continue to eat healthy and take your vitamins just in case. If you have any concerns talk to your doctor. I really recomend you do some reading on pregnancy. The unkown is scary so if you educate yourself, there will be less to worry about. ^_^

They help reduce the risk of neurological problems and low birth weight. You'll baby will be fine! It's better to start now than never. The 10th week a very important week for the baby too, lots of brain development and the folic acid in the prenatal vitamins are very helpful!

Good luck with your prenancy!

My mom said back in her day they didn't even give out prenatal vitamins & our generation turned out just fine. :) Seriously, they are beneficial, but there is no harm in waiting until you are 10 weeks along to start taking them! That's actually a lot earlier than some women. Good luck with your baby.

It is very important for you to take prenatal vitimins, because There are many nutrients and minerals that you don't get in just plain healthy foods, in the vivitmins. You will give your baby a better chance at being born healthy.
Think about it, they certainly can't hurt.

as long as you take them every day from now on, you and the baby will be fine. They are just to ensure that you are getting the proper amounts of nutrients for the baby. Just think, 50 years ago they didn't have prenatals, and all the kids turned out just fine. Just take them anyways.

Your baby will be fine, just make sure to take them from now on. And make sure your getting prenatal care I cant stress enough how important that is. But as long as your doing those two things you and your baby will be fine.

ITS OK. 20 YEARS AGO PEOPLE DONT USUALLY DRINK SUPPLEMETS WHEN THEY ARE PREGNANT AND PRODUCE HEALTHY BABIES (ITS US..) DONT WORRY TOO MUCH COZ THATS NOT GOOD FOR THE BABY. I HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCED COZ I DONT KNOW IM PREGNANT AFTER 7 WEEKS. SOME PEOPLE EVEN TAKE MEDICINES NOT KNOWING THAT THEY ARE PREGNANT AND WORRY IF THE BABY WILL BE NORMAL, MY FRIEND DRINK ASTMA MEDICINE NOT KNOWING SHES PREGNANT THANK GOD HER BABY IS FINE. ITS NICE YOUR NOT DRINKING OR SMOKING. IF YOU READ A LOT OF BOOKS ON PREGNANCY OR CHECK THE WEB YOUR GOING TO READ THAT ITS FINE EVEN YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN YOUR SUPPLEMENTS YET (EVENTHOUGH ITS ADVISABLE THAT FIRST TRIMESTER IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TIME TO GET SUPPLEMENT COZ THATS THE TIME THE BABY DEVELOPS THE BRAIN).. BEST ADVICE: DRINK SUPPLEMENT NOW AND DONT WORRY TOO MUCH COZ YOUR BABY WILL BE FINE!!! AND ALSO DONT DRINK any MEDICINE THATS NOT SUBSCRIBE BY DOCTOR EVEN FOR A HEADACHE.. OK? CONGRATULATIONS!

I have 2 kids. With the first one I took my vitamins regularly. With my second I didn't take them at all because they made me nauseous. Both my babies were/are fine. Talk to your doctor or his nurse about it.
