They're apparently thrown off for doing something "illegal" according to the contest rules; who is it and what did they do that was so wrong?

They say it's illegal, I say it's just a creative way of getting in the show.
Keith Michael is so talented (after Malan, the others aren't as interesting) okay, I still like Vincent, Alison and Kayne, so far....
