I'm from the old school,so i have to say that the designs in the comics of the 70's and early 80's were better than the ones today. so i'd go with animation

Calvin & Hobbes, The Far Side, Foxtrot, BC, these are comics that stand the test of time, and although I LOVE animation beyond comprehension, I would always choose to read the comics over watching a screen.

Neither! I'd rather read comics in person than online and animation is for da tv, sorry but I don't have the best computer in the world, so I can't download super cool animation.

I'd have to choose animation over comics, it appeals more to the senses than the other one.

Animation. My imagination isn't good enough to make comic book characters alive.

In my opinion animation, but sometimes I enjoy the funnies when I just want to relax. But my final answer is animation.
