Juniors as in cheap department store clothes for juniors (paris blues, mudd, bongo stuff) would probably be a size 3.
Juniors as in more expensive juniors stuff (abercrombie, AE, etc) would be at least 0, probably 00.
i guess i'm thinking jeans here, just so you know.

you wear a lil girls size 14? You want to shop the juniors dept? Start with a 0....but it all depends on if you've got the hour glass shape yet or not.... the hips are gonna make a big difference in how the clothes fit.

probably a 0 or a 1 around there. i fit in a 16 in girls and i wear a size 3 in juniors, so thats my guess.

It's a size 0 most likely. But it really differs from brand to brand.

it depends on the brand name. Most likely anywhere from a 0 to a 2 or so.

why dont you go to the junior department and try on a pair of jeans!!! DO NOT ORDER JEANS OFF LINE if you dont know what size you are!!! trust me, you wont be happy.

as in pants? cuz that would prolly be a 00-3. in shirts? it would be a small-medium. those are my sizes anyway...

xs for tops, 1 for pants, you might be able to fit into these sizes, but your pretty tiny,so you might be able to squeeze by these numbers!
