Nope. Don't you remember Marge was basically a modern day Iris Steensma?! Yep, on the streets if Hollywood Boulevard, she was, I hate to say it, a prostitute. Homer picked her up off of the streets, and basically turned her life around. Although, he had to pay her, of course. Weird, I know.

Marge Simpson was definitely deflowered by Homer Simpson after their marriage, which took place September 16, 1983. Their first sexual encounter took place December 4, 1983, as prior to that, Homer always had a headache. This was all discussed on the episode “Lisa pops her cherry…or does she?” which was broadcast in 1998. In that classic episode, Lisa decides that she needs to develop into a woman and both Homer and Marge have to talk her out of it, citing the sanctity of marriage and waiting for that “special person”. While she was making this speech, she noticed Homer crushing beer cans on his forehead, and had a change of heart. She told Lisa to at least wait until puberty passed her by, then it would be all right. Homer let out a loud belch and left the room, totally bewildered.

It would be hard because she was already pregnant with Bart when she married Homer. If you mean was she a virgin before she met Homer, they were in high school when they started going out and Marge isn't the type to sleep around, so probably.

No she was not, there was a whole episode explaining that and Bart's birth. Homer and Marge had a shotgun wedding in a chapel in Springfield.
