How do I rid this box: Initialization Error CoCreatelnstance for the MyYahoo DLL failed.?

When I open up ... this is ALWAYS in the upper left corner, in box. Have had it since DAY ONE !!

look for the dll file by doing a search then find a copy online at www.dll-file.com and replace it.

Run a disk check then reinstall Yahoo.
