Arent you supposed to do your own homework?
The first answer is 7000, the second make your self a picture and label it, youll figure it out. The third one, multiply.

LOL JKJKJKJKJKJKJK!! in .007*10^6 you move the decimal to the right 6 places.. soo...7000!!! and perimeter is all sides added together... soo.. 12+12+3+3 = 30m!! and 144 boxesX72 bulbs in a crate is uhmm.. use a calculator.. i dont have one right now..

.007 * 10^6 = 7 * 10^3 = 7000

P = 2(L + W)
P = 2(12 + 3)
P = 2(15)
P = 30m

144 * 72 = 10368 bulbs
