No i don't think that public nudity should be legalized because that is something you do in your own home, land, or in the colonies that are provided...Not EXPOSING other people and children to that profanity. Some people have a strong border on what they let there children see and if public nudity was legalized most everyone would have to stay inside..so let the nudest people stay in the places that they were given.

Along with the other comment on sex in public again that is something a married couple is to be doing in the privacy in their own home. I dont judge what you think about this topic or any other topic, but i do think you should consider what your moral values are...

## YES ! There is some states that allow public nudity only in certain city parks, but no sex in public! People whom are nude in public parks, are only in a certain area and are very well behavied. New York City has an area for people whom enjoy going nude in centeral park for several years with out any problems.The Police are there during the day light hours. Also,the state of California- has a law that let people can go nude on certain beaches along the Pacific Ocean.! Whats the problem with people of any age going nude in public? I like to know!

I think you should tune in to one of National Geographic's culture in Africa shows. It'll give you some idea what the difference is between civilized and uncivilized behavior. legal public nudity includes everyone, old grannies with dried up mammaries sagging past their belly buttons, dirty old men drooling at your daughter, grossly fat people (first ones to peel off their clothes because they can't find anything that'll fit). nouf said.

It depends on what you mean by public nudity. I think we should have more nude beaches and nude recreation areas than we have. You will never see state wide nudity nore sex in public on any level in this country.
