I don't think you're ever too old for a nap. In fact, in modern Japanese culture, many large companies provide "sleep pods" for their employees to "power-nap" throughout the day because this makes for a more energetic and productive person and helps stop people from getting burned out after long hours of doing the same task.

Naps are good. A friend of mine has her own business. She runs her business from her home and starts working on computer at six in the morning. And she has to have a nap around three in the afternoon.
I have tried napping lying down but I wind up sleeping two hours or so and often wake up cranky cranky cranky.
But I can doze off on bus for twenty minutes and I often feel better after doing so....and less cranky.

If you need a nap, then you need a nap.
If you get up early and go to bed late, taking a nap in the middle of the day may not be a bad idea.
No shame in that!

Having a nap during the day can be refreshing. I think people should take naps during the day, and should have a two hour nap time during working hours.

Well, I take naps sometimes and I'm almost 17. In fact it seems that the older I got, the more easily tired I became sometimes.
If daily naps help you relax and doesn't interfere with your daily schedule, then I don't see any problem with it.

I'm 36 and I still take naps. Naps are good. Siesta! Some entire countries take naps. Ahhhh. :)
Edit: After reading your other questions, I can see that you simply amuse yourself with these questions. In any case, naps are good.

No it's too young to have naps daily. My Dad didn't start having them until he was in his 60s.

Are you getting enough sleep during the night? The average 18-year old needs 9 hours of sleep a night to stay awake during the day.

It is actually very healthy to take a nap in the afternoon. It keeps your mind sharp, reduces midafternoon crashes and improves your health tremendously
