consider your age. are you at an age of maturity... where your body has stopped growing?
make an appt. with a cosmetic surgeon and get his opinion on what he can do for you and tell him what your concerns are... i'm sure you will find out that it's not as complicated as you may think.
good luck.
ps - it was worth it!

I have very large natural breasts and I don't love them, they get in the way and hurt my shoulders. Implants can be nice if they aren't too close to the skin surface and if they are not made too large. I'd rather have a nice car than big boobs, but there you go!
They are painful I've heard...my friend had a reduction and said the pain was enormous. I think it would be similar to a healing from augmentation the other way. They can get crusty and they require maintenance...and you have to replace them every few years, so I'd say think really hard and long before getting them. Also examine why you want them. If it is so clothes will fit you better (like you are an A and would like to be a B or larger) I can understand that! I often wish I could fit into the smaller bras out there...they are so much more pretty! Don't go too large or you might not be able to find clothes to fit you.

Well it's your body, you can decide what you want to do.
I can tell you the good and bad about them, but that wont make you feel better about yourself, or your breast size.
I have a size 38D breast size, and i dislike them. They are too big for me, maybe not for someone else, but they dont make me comfortable.
Implants can cause alot of discomfort in your breasts, they can also lead to infections, or allergic reactions. It also stop syou from breast feeding, and to some people thats the beast part of having a baby, it fills a maternal void that alot of women get. it's a bonding between a baby and it's mother, it's a very beautiful thing.
Implants are also fake, the immorality isn't important to what i believe, but do you feel better having bigger breasts, even though you know in your heart that they are fake?
Would you feel good after they were in, and people stared at them, and you knew they stared at them because they are fake?
Would you feel better, not knowing if the person you are with, likes your chest, because they are fake?
These are questions that you have to ask yourself, there is NO wrong answer to these questions. But they are often not asked.
Pamela anderson removed her fake implants, and so did alot of other famous actors, based on these questions.
It's about how you feel. People dont realize, they feel bad about having small chests, but then they want to get and implant, rush off and get them, then feel bad that they have them, and that they aren't real. at first they might seem okay.
But as you age, they wont be as great as you thought they'd be.
It's a hard decision, I believe plastic sugery has to be right for that person, if youre ready for it, then go for it. it's your body, dont let anyone but yourself stop you.
But, do it for yourself, no one else. no one is worth puting a knife to your flesh for. Not even the most attractive, richest person in the world. :)

Well I personally don't want implants!!! My boobs are big enough as is!! But if u really want it consider the risks of surger also don't get them to big if u deside yes because big boobs can cause serious back pains and problems in the future (my doc told me i would have them!!) Personally i think the perfect size is a c cup!! so if your still young they might still grow if your older and do the research and are willing to take all the risks do it!! But don't go to the "cheap" place go to a good doc with a good rep. so u know your chances of having problems will be less than going to someone who is cheap and doesn't care about the client!!! Good Luck on your decision!!!! : )

Really it's not a good idea. If you want to enhance the appearance of your breasts then wear padded bras. Before you decide, check out this website:http://www.healthatoz.com/healthatoz/Atoz/ency/breast_implants.jsp
You may want to look at the facts and risks involved for pain and possible diseases associated with breast implants. Hope I've helped.

The saline pouches are supposed to be safe and they feel soft and real. Silicone ones can get hard and usually feel like they are fake...Of course maybe they have new material that they are using now I don't know. The danger I believe is when you do extreme augmentation. Good luck. As for what I think of them? Well I think big breasts are great!!!

If you really want larger breasts, go for it. However... I would take a careful look at your reasons why. Implants is a dangerous surgery... it's performed quite often but it does have serious risks. I am considering it as well, but I'm skinny as hell and I don't want to be too big...
I had a friend who had hers done up to a full 36C, and she's 6 feet tall and really skinny, and she looks great dressed, but naked she looks all out-of-proportion.

Real men don't like implants. They're too fake, and they don't bounce or squeeze very well. The guys that do like them however, are only interested in your appearance, and they most likely will only stick around until they see something better. Stick with what you've got hun. Who wants to be an 80 year old with ridiculously perky boobs?

I think they are unnecessary and a waste of money. Just be happy with the way you are. Mine aren't that big, but that is how I am. There are more important things in life than breast size.

I love small breasts and so do all my friends, so don't do it for acceptance because it will not change your acceptance / rejection - only which people accept and reject.
Best advice I've ever heard is right here:
"Don't forget you're beautiful just the way you are."
