You cant really, you can only make it harder.
If you can see a page then you can hit that "prt scn" button on the upper right of your keyboard. Then open an graphics program (like start-> run-> mspaint) and then paste it in with EDIT and PASTE or by hitting Ctrl-V
If its a graphic, you can put some semi-transparent text over a corner of the image that says its yours and your website. They can still steal it of course but at least they cant claim it without ALOT of editing work

make ur profile for friends to view only. also there's a code where a window pops up with a message (like those warning windows) or another where the page will reload when people try to right click....but i'm not sure what they are
