If You Are Talking About Teachers Then I Am Not Surprised At All...I Rather Agree With The Fact Of Asking Right Out Of The Textbook Because I Believe It Helps The Students Alot..One Of My Professors Would Ask Questions Right Out Of The Book To Make Sure We Were Reading The Book..And It Worked Well..It Kept Everyone Focused And On Track....And It Doesn't Hurt To Have A Place To Check Your Answers When Studying For A Test..It's Good To Have A Teacher Setting You Up For Success...

But it is not a big deal.
Every question is challenging! Where from it originated is of no consequence!
When in doubt, they ask hoping that a 'doubtingTom', (me) wiould have the coreect answer.
Generally, I try my best not to disappoint them!
