Don't tell him, show him. If you truly feel love and don't act on it. you'll be sorry for the rest of your life. If your friendship is comfortable, so should your love. Timing is everything. He has to think of you outside of the friendship role. Prepare yourself like it's a date, don't be one of the guys. Dress to show off your best attributes , be feminine and always thank him with a kiss.

If he's alive, he will respond.

I didn't fall in love with my best friend, but I did develop a big crush on him. I told him about it but he ended up just wanting to be friends and things are totally fine between us, even after a situation where I thought our relationship would change forever, so I would tell him if I were you, if he is a true friend, he'd still be friends with you regardless of whatever you tell him. Let me just say though, if you did decide to tell him, don't expect things not to be awkward for a day or two if he doesn't have reciprocating feelings.

I would tell him...just go out to the movies or something and when you guys are to your way home (especially at night ;]) just stop at the park and seat on the benches (is there a little pond in the park?) or go to the swings and look up to the sky and then deep to his eyes & say something like " You are the most wonderful guy i've ever met, i'm so lucky to have you, and so lucky to love you" and then kiss him, if possible on the lips.

Good luck!

Been there, done that. Tell him / her. I told my best friend, but not with actual words at first. We were just talking, like we usually did, and I just leaned over and gave him a kiss. When he got over the shock we talked about it. Come to find out, he felt the same way, but didn't know how to bring up the subject.

I'd tell my best friend. I've actually done that before, but I wasn't in love with him. We went out, but it didn't work so we're just friends now. It's good to just tell your best friend about your feelings cuz' even though you don't wanna mess up your friendship, you might miss out on a bigger opportunity to have a special relationship with that someone.

I would tell them. You never know..they might feel the same way. If they don't then you can at least move on with your life. Hopefully, you can still be friends regardless of how it works out. Good luck!
