My sons uses a old toothbrush with dishwashing liquid, and a little bleach that is if they're white shoes and they shoes looks almost new..
Only use the bleach on the white part of shoes if they're white if not then just go with diswashing soap and old rag and wipe them down

Well that depents on what color they are and material there made out of.
If there white tennis shoes, use hot water, soap and a little bleach.
If there black you can just use hot water or soap if there mud.
know if your running shoes are another material, first of all let just say you should'nt be running in them.
swade for instence thats a no no.
