I will be in a minority on this, but I do not believe any of our members of congress are stupid. They are all intelligent, professional people who generally try to do the best they can. I do believe however, they are at times dishonest, greedy,arrogant and oblivious to reality. But if they were actually stupid, obviously we would not reelect them. Right?
