multiple stupid solutions here. there is no complicated and speedy rule that basically married adult men or females could have intercourse. yes, there's no real risk to having sex while menstruating, some women avoid it either because it's embarassing or because they're worried about a mess.

absolutely! as long as you and your partner don't have any problems with that, it's perfectly fine, because that blood you loose is not dirty or anything or has any kind of bacteria.
