Are you sure it's oil and not carbon saturated condensation? The end of the tailpipe is a long way for oil to travel. If you actually have oil coming out your tailpipe you have serious problems. If it is black smoke you could be talking a rich fuel mixture. If it's actually water you might have a blown head gasket or cracked head.

Either running lean, or burning oil. Then you might need to have the heads rebuilt. Mainly new valve guides.

IF IT'S BLOWING OIL OUT THE EXHAUST PIPE THEN THE PISTON RINGS ARE SHOT AND YOU NEED TO GET YOUR MOTOR REBUILT.
