Talk to your parents, never get into a situation where peer pressure can cause you to do something you are not ready for. That's easy to say but hard to do I know but you have a good head on your shoulders because you are asking questions. Never stop doing that. I hired a 17 year old boy one time that became a daddy at 13. His wife was 16 when she had the child. He worked for me for 10 years and we became good friends. He told me that parenthood took away part of his childhood. He loves his kids very much and would not take anything for them but he says that he sure wished they would have been older before starting their family. Not trying to be mean but at 13 there is still allot to learn. Best of luck to you and remember besides your parents you are the one that looks out for your best interest.

Tell your mom. A 16 year old girl should be smart enough to hit on someone her own age.

Stay away from her and tell your parents. She is obviously not able to attract guys from her own age group and needs the challenge of a little kid. Tell your parents. Get a restraining order if you have to. Just be careful.

Walk away now is not the time look for a girl your own age , maybe in 6 yrs she might be there but at this time it could mean trouble.

Ignore her...statutory rape? Tell her your flattered but now interested. It's normal for young girls to like older males, but if you're not interested (and you probably shouldn't be?) then let her down easily. Please don't string her along..
