Not all women experience cervical mocus, I didn't but when you do your most fertile days are when you can stretch your CM from 1 to 2 inches. Since I didn't have the right CM I used a lubricant, this is the website, check it out it is a great product, anyway i got pregnant the month I used it, www.preseed.com

Women see different types of mucus during their cycles, but they should definitely notice a difference in quantity and texture/color right before and during ovulation.

The "more fertile" types of mucus would be clear and stretchy, opaque and runny (white or yellowish). It's been described like egg white.

The "less fertile" types of mucus (before and after ovulation) would be "sticky" and smaller in quantity, not clear or stretchy at all.

Usually when you see lots of the clear and stretchy you're probably ovulating. As long as your basal body temperature has not gone up, you are still considered in the fertile phase. After ovulation, your temp starts to rise in an upward pattern and the mucus dries up to nothing or nearly nothing.

Hope this helps. More info at www.ccli.org

All depends. YOu can get the stretchy cm prior to or during ovulation and not every girl have cm during O though. Each gal has different O signs. Most reliable method to detect O is to use o predictor kit and bbt. Good luck.

Most people are actually able to conceive up to 3 days before they ovulate and about 3 days after they ovulate. The mucous usually changes as you get closer to ovulation. The closer you are, the more stringy it gets.

Not everyone gets that much cervical mucus. However the consistancy should still be clear and thinner during your most fertile days.
